CHECK THAT ATTITUDE!

Attitude is a choice. We instinctively know this yet sometimes forget it when it comes to our own behavior.

Want better behavior from your staff? Take a careful look at managers. Attitude, like so many things in life, tends to have a "trickle-down" effect. Start where you can really make a difference - within yourself.

What is your greeting like when you see staff for the first time in the day? Does it exist? Is it filled with enthusiasm? Is there a smile on your face?   It is the little things that make a difference.

Want committment and enthusiasm? Demonstrate committment and enthusiasm! You will be amazed at the difference you can make.

 

True maturity is the ability to control your attitude in any situation or circumstance. How's your maturity level?

Develop and demonstrate the attitude you want to see.  And remember to protect your attitude. Regardless of how good your attitude is, if you let circumstances affect your attitude, you won't achieve all that you're capable of achieving.
